HB2999 (Infrastructure finance districts) Seminar

Last week, HB2999 was signed into law which created a new tool for builders and developers to access tax-exempt financing to build infrastructure needed to serve new housing. These State Affordability Infrastructure Districts (“SAIDs”) will potentially unlock billions of dollars of financing and increase housing production at a time when Arizona needs it most.

Join the HBACA and attorney Tyler Cobb (Taft Law), the principal drafter behind HB2999 for an instructive seminar on this new tool including the process of formation and how these districts can be utilized by builders and developers.
