Blandford Homes is seeking a “Crackerjack” customer service representative for our Corporate Office who has strong written and verbal communication skills to join a progressive Customer Service Team of professionals committed to providing homeowners with excellent customer service. Experience in homebuilding is preferred. This position works directly with homeowners, field representatives, and contractors to problem solve, coordinate warranty repairs, and ensure all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
