In making this application, I agree to the Constitution and By-Laws (and all amendments) of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. I understand and agree to pay all Yearly Dues, General Fund Assessments (if applicable), and any special assessments approved by the Board as a condition of membership. In the event of the termination or cancellation of my membership in this Association, I agree to immediately discontinue the use of its name and logo in any form and to settle any outstanding invoices.
