AZ Property Inspection’s Founder and President, Certified Inspector Tim, ACI has personally conducted more than 15,000 property inspections in Arizona since 1996. Tim also teaches highly acclaimed and informative Continuing Education Classes for Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and is currently an MBA candidate. Tim has more than 30 years experience as a property inspector. Prior to his career in property inspection, Tim served as Director of Sales for a national environmental consulting firm in New York City. Tim has trained hundreds of Home Inspectors for their license and earned ASHI's highest certification. Tim enjoys interacting with clients, students, realtors and CE class attendees and really enjoys giving back to the profession by teaching and mentoring.
