I'm the founder of Blackline Financial, a construction-only bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm based in Mesa. We work exclusively with builders and trade contractors doing $1M–$30M — no restaurants, no retail, just construction. My team delivers books closed by the 15th every month, job costing, WIP schedules, draw and payroll support, and 13-week cash flow forecasts that tell you which projects are making money and whether the next six months are funded. Before rebranding as Blackline, I spent years advising Arizona contractors on exactly the problems that sink profitable builders: under-billing, retainage timing, and cash flow that doesn't match the P&L. We're an Adaptive preferred partner and support QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend. I live in Mesa and work with builders across Arizona and nationwide.
