About

Fernanda is President of Eliant since 2019.

An indispensable member of the Eliant management team for much of her 27 years with the company, her primary mission is to ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience to every client.


Fernanda has created a national reputation for analyzing a client’s homebuyers’ ratings and comments about their purchase and ownership experience and then articulating a prioritized action plan for improving the customers’ experience. Having worked with hundreds of homebuilders, lenders, escrow firms, and design centers in North America, she has developed an uncanny ability to quickly provide unique, real-world solutions that result in documentable increases in her clients’ levels of customer satisfaction and sales-from-referrals.


Based on evaluations from her workshop attendees, Fernanda's talents as an engaging trainer are legendary. She conducts live and virtual workshops, webinars, and homebuyer-feedback-analysis training to clients.


Her mentorship also benefits client teams, as she trains their staff to adapt Eliant's “Blueprint for the Customer Experience” across their organization.


When she's not helping builders deliver improved customer experiences, Fernanda and her husband, Jim, enjoy life with their beautiful 12-year-old daughter in Southern California. They're dedicated world travelers, frequently visiting many destinations in Europe in addition to Fernanda's native home, Argentina.
