Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee scheduling appointments and assist with the receipt of products in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills to ensure efficient daily operations.
Location: Stapley and Baseline in Mesa
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for various departments, ensuring optimal time management.
- Product Receiving: Assist with the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming products in the warehouse.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of appointments and inventory, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, facilitating smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in window treatments, home services or interior design preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College Degree preferred but not required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position is based in our office / warehouse
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
