El Dorado Holdings was formed in 1987 by Mike Ingram as a “friends and family” investment vehicle for a diverse range of real estate opportunities. Company leaders believe in hands-on management and are directly involved in all day-to-day operations; including acquisitions, financing, rezoning, development, marketing, leasing and disposition of our assets. The company has completed more than 125 successful transactions. Its investors have owned, planned, and/or developed over 83,000 acres and more than 65,000 residential building lots. Currently managing a portfolio of more than 40 single-asset LLCs, communities of note include Shamrock Estates, Fox Crossing, Douglas Ranch, Circle Cross Ranch, Spur Cross Ranch, Bella Vista Farms, the City of Maricopa, and EVR Communities throughout the valley.
