Happy New Year! We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful holiday season and is returning refreshed for an exciting 2025. Now that the holiday rush is behind us, we're eager to remind everyone that the Call for Entries for MAME XXXIX is open. The early entry fee of $225 per entry is available through January 31, after which the regular entry fee of $275 applies from February 1 until the final deadline of all entries and materials by February 17, 2025 at midnight.

The Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards are hosted annually by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA). This prestigious awards competition recognizes the exemplary efforts of builders, land developers, interior/exterior designers, architects, building professionals, and sales associates who make the home building industry in the Valley one of the nation's leaders.

The MAME Award is one of the most coveted awards in the home building industry. MAME represents the best! Use it to publicize your best — your people, your homes, your merchandising, your advertising, and more!

We also wanted to bring to your attention an error on the website that has been corrected for categories 31-35. These categories should read "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home" rather than "Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home." We want to clarify that both attached and detached homes may be submitted in these categories.
