Following the City of Surprise’s first stakeholder meeting last month for their proposed Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan, and Development Fee Report where we pointed out several flaws with their impact fee cost assumptions and projections, the City has scheduled another stakeholder meeting.
