Ag to Urban Resources

As many of you are aware, the Legislature recently passed, and the Governor signed, Ag to Urban legislation. This legislation is an attempt to retire agricultural lands that currently have vast pumping rights and convert it into lower water use housing projects both inside and outside designated providers in the Phoenix and Pinal AMAs.
