Arizona Legislature Wrapping Up 2023 Session: Outstanding Issues and Unresolved Matters
The Arizona Legislature is slowly winding down its activities for the 2023 session. Arizona is lucky that the Legislature only convenes for part of the year. We are a “citizens” Legislature, and the goal of each session is to end in 100 days, but we are long past that and still going. The House and Senate took a “recess” until June 12th.
This will give them time to work on unresolved issues while allowing members to return to their districts.
Here are a few outstanding issues the HBACA is still working on.
