The Southwest Builders Show is your chance to check out the wide array of innovative products, features, and services that keep new homes on the cutting edge of design, energy efficiency, and technology for the homebuilding community. A list of SWBS exhibitors can be found here.

In addition to the exhibit hall, the Show has two networking and educational events taking place throughout the day. 

Among these are the Purchasing Agents, Suppliers & Subcontractors (P.A.S.S.) Breakfast – an exclusive business development event for HBACA members. Start your day with a networking reception, followed by breakfast with tables hosted by HBACA Builder members, and a discussion with Alex Strong, the Federal Legislative Director for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Alex will provide information on how the pandemic roiled lumber and other building material supply chains, affected housing affordability, and what we can anticipate going forward.

At noon is the HBACA’s biggest speaker program of the year – the annual Forecast Luncheon. Led by Elliott D. Pollack, CEO of Elliott D. Pollack and Company, our panel, including James Attwood, Division President of Tri Pointe Homes Arizona; Fred Hermann, Division President of Meritage Homes; Steve Logan, Division President of K. Hovnanian Homes; and Don Murphy, Division President of Shea Homes; will discuss the challenges and opportunities they see coming up in 2022 and beyond.
