The City of Goodyear has wrapped up the process of updating its impact fees with the Council voting January 8th, to adopt the proposal.

Following an initial draft where the City proposed an increase of $3,764 in North Goodyear and $10,647 in South Goodyear as a result of the estimated costs of the Rainbow Valley Water Reclamation Facility (“RVWRF”), they announced revisions to the South Service area wastewater fees related to the RVWRF.
