Mesa’s Development Services Department will be rolling out a new permit plan submittal system called “DigiPlan”. According to the City it will make it easier to upload plans and improves the ability to respond to staff review comments. It will allow the ability to drag-and-drop when uploading plans, provides more options for comment responses, includes an updated comment report, and the system will accept plans with AutoCAD comments.
