The City of Phoenix’s “SHAPE PHX” portal is intended to allow users to, among other things, communicate and retrieve information regarding all planning, plan review, permitting, and inspections related matters under the Planning and Development Department.

However, we have heard from members that the SHAPE PHX system has many problems and glitches that need to be addressed.

We have arranged an opportunity with the Phoenix SHAPE PHX Assistant Director and key staff to be available to address concerns and hear directly from users of the system in an effort to improve the user experience for our members.
