The City of Surprise has scheduled another stakeholder meeting to receive additional feedback on their proposed impact fee updates.

We have expressed our concerns about the scope of the overall increases from the current levels in meetings with the Mayor and staff and with testimony at the public hearings. This is another opportunity for stakeholders to express concerns about the impact to the home building market in Surprise.
