Last month the City of Surprise hosted their first stakeholder meeting for their proposed Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan, and Development Fee Report. We pointed out several flaws with their impact fee cost assumptions and projections.

The City has scheduled another stakeholder meeting specifically related to their Water and Wastewater proposal.
