We have recently been in contact with Glendale, Phoenix, and Mesa regarding their process to grant earlier summer construction start times. Although about half of Valley cities and towns allow a 5:00 am summer construction start time, the remainder, including Glendale, Phoenix, and Mesa require 6:00 am start times. There is a process in each of these municipalities to allow earlier summer start times based on a request. The process for Glendale, Phoenix, and Mesa is listed below, along with points of contact, and related information.
