Earlier this week, the Goodyear City Council adopted the updated Development User Fees. These are the fees that fund plan review, inspections, and P&Z applications. For the most part, the adopted fees matched the proposed fees with a few notable exceptions. The City Council reduced the proposed fees for Preliminary Subdivision Plats, PADs, Use Permits, and Zoning Variances.
