Housing Bills Die is Last Days of Legislative Session
Unfortunately, the housing bills died in the final days of the session. The Legislature was considering three bills, 1161 and 1163, which were sponsored by Sen. Kaiser, and HB 2356, which Speaker of the House Ben Toma sponsored. All the bills had degrees of opposition and did not have the votes to pass.
