The HBACA has been working with Rep. Steve Kaiser and Rep. Cesar Chavez over the last six months to address the housing affordability crisis in Arizona. As a result of those discussions with numerous housing interests, they introduced HB 2674. This legislation contained significant reforms to increase the supply of housing.
