Since there are a significant number of municipalities at various stages of the impact fee update process, we wanted to send a reminder of upcoming effective dates. The statutory grandfathering language with the need for the issuance of the first building permit prior to the effective date is below. 

Municipalities whose updated fees recently became effective are also listed in the event your first building permit was issued prior to the effective date to ensure they are adhering to the grandfathering requirement.

The summary spreadsheet has been provided and for municipalities that have pending proposals, James will share updates as they become available.
