The Association is pleased to announce that Brad Schoenberg, Arizona Division President of Taylor Morrison Homes, will be sworn in as Chairman for 2023 on January 12 at the Board of Directors Installation.

Rounding out the Executive Committee for the Association are: Vice Chairman – Christopher Cady, Division President of The New Home Company; Treasurer – Rebecca Lundberg, Division President of Pulte Homes Corporation; Secretary  – James Attwood, Division President of Tri Pointe Homes Arizona and Immediate Past Chairman – Fred Hermann, Division President of Meritage Homes.

Other Board members include: Heather Davenport-Cammiso, William Ryan Homes; Michael “Frenchy” Ilescremieux, Richmond American Homes; Ryan Johnson, Beazer Homes; Ryan Larsen, Porchlight Homes; Steve Logan, K. Hovnanian Homes; Hal Looney, Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities; Kevin McAndrews, KB Home; Mark Moskal, Gehan Homes of Arizona, LLC; Kim Oium, D.R. Horton, Inc.; Kevin Rosinski, Camelot Homes, Inc.; and Kaylee Smith, Landsea Homes.    

Associate Board members appointed by Chairman Schoenberg are Bryan Kitchen, EPS Group, Inc.; Scott McDonald, Wallcon, LLC; and Dane Wagher, Epic Plumbing.

In addition to the installation itself, this year’s luncheon will also feature a special recognition of former HBACA Chief Executive Officer, Connie Wilhelm, who announced her retirement effective the end of 2022. Join us in honoring Connie’s remarkable 36-year career.
