Kent Lang named “Lawyer of the Year” in Construction Law

Construction attorney Kent Lang (Lang & Klain, P.C.) has been named 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” in Construction Law (Scottsdale) by The Best Lawyers in America®.

It is Lang & Klain’s third Lawyer of the Year selection in just two years. Rick Friedlander was recognized for 2023 in Mediation, and Mike Thal was the 2022 Lawyer of the Year in Construction Litigation.

Kent Lang is a member of HBACA and several other construction trade associations and is a multi-year Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers honoree. He is also a recent "Az Business Leaders" selectee by AZ Big Media.

A native of Rockwell City, Iowa, Kent earned his bachelor’s and law degrees at Arizona State University. He began practicing law in 1985 and founded Lang & Klain in 1995.

A 13-attorney law firm, Lang & Klain represents contractors in business disputes, construction and general business issues, ROC licensing, insurance coverage, and federal and state regulatory matters.
