Mosaic currently builds for-sale and build-to-rent production-scale projects of all types, from single-family homes to horizontal apartments. Mosaic recently announced a $44M investment from Andreessen Horowitz, Peak State Ventures, Founders Fund, Innovation Endeavors, and Building Ventures, among others to expand to new markets and broaden their product offerings. The new capital fuels Mosaic’s Arizona expansion from Flagstaff and Prescott into Phoenix and Tucson. Mosaic plans to launch in Denver, Dallas, and additional markets in 2022.
