This week, the City of Mesa hosted its quarterly Development Advisory Forum and gave builders and developers an update on upcoming policy changes. Most of the discussion involved coming updates to the City’s Subdivision Regulations which will include changes to the platting process, design principles and standards, public improvements, and changes and corrections to recorded plats.
