OSHA Publishes Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Heat Injury and Illness Rule
Last month, the HBACA published an article in the NewsBuilder about OSHA’s intent to develop a new rule regarding Heat Injury and Illness for work done when the temperature exceeds 80 degrees Fahrenheit. On October 27, OSHA took the first step in adopting the new rule by publishing an Advance Notice of Proposed Rule Making (“ANPRM”) in the Federal Register.
