Water Wastewater Design Standards:  The City of Phoenix is in the process of updating its Water and Wastewater Design Standards Manual which is used in the design of new water and wastewater facilities. 

Landscape Maintenance Ordinance: The City is also in the process of adopting a Landscape Maintenance Ordinance. The ordinance was directed by the Phoenix City Council to provide more trees and shade throughout the City. In general, the ordinance does three things.
