The Pinal County Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution on Wednesday, August 4th, committing to adopting “Most Stringent Measures” (MSM) for all dust sources in the Pinal Nonattainment Area. This was only a commitment by the County to follow through on the development of rules which will take place over the fall.
