If you haven’t heard; the PWB is back, and we are honored to have Joy Rich as our first guest speaker. Joy worked many years in local government and recently retired after serving 6 ½ years as the first female Maricopa County Manager. We are excited to learn how her career got started and her exciting journey to retirement!

The goal of PWB is to provide networking opportunities, mentoring, and professional development resources to women in the industry. We believe that by providing a space for women to connect and share experiences, we can help to elevate women's voices and contributions in the industry.

As a charter member, $100 annual dues are paid to the HBACA, which includes $50 for the NAHB Professional Women in Building membership and $50 for the local dues. Dues are set on an anniversary basis to ensure members receive a full year of membership value for their money. Dues also include a subscription to the NAHB Professional Women in Building magazine.

PWB members must be employed by an HBACA member company, in good standing.

Ladies, we hope you will find the PWB Council to be a valuable resource and you will join us in supporting and promoting women's leadership in the homebuilding industry.
