On Wednesday, May 12, the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment intended to streamline the Residential Design Review (“RDR”) Process by making it easier to move approved product from one part of the town to another. The Text Amendment proposes the following new process for product portability:
