Saddle Up for the Southwest Builders Show
Saddle Up for the Southwest Builders Show
Home building's biggest names have already staked their claim on the exhibit hall floor, from building material suppliers and window and door manufacturers to landscaping companies, lenders, technology providers, and engineering firms. Registration is open for the Southwest Builders Show, taking place Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at WestWorld of Scottsdale's North Hall, where you'll find the products, services, and partners shaping how the Valley builds.
This is the one day a year the Valley's home building community rides into one room, over 100 exhibitors strong, ready to talk shop, swap ideas, and do business face to face. Booth space is going fast, and only a handful of spots remain. If your company wants to stake its own claim on the floor, now's the time to rope it in.
Plan Your Day at SWBS
The show brings together builders, suppliers, and industry leaders to network, explore the latest products and services, and gain critical market insights. Whether you're looking to connect with decision-makers, discover new solutions, or stay ahead of market trends, SWBS delivers real value for your business.
The day kicks off with the P.A.S.S. Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00 AM, exclusive to HBACA members. The Purchasing Agents, Suppliers & Subcontractors breakfast opens with a reception where the Valley's leading builders' purchasing agents and executives serve as table hosts, giving you direct access to the decision-makers shaping our industry. With the federal government's newly finalized Colorado River cuts now in place, this year's speaker, Max Wilson, PhD, Water Resources Management Advisor for the City of Phoenix, will unpack what water preparedness, resiliency, and growth look like for Phoenix going forward.
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Exhibit Hall is where it all comes together. This is the ultimate venue to see the latest products and services while building the professional relationships that keep your business moving forward. Stop by the sponsor booths for your chance to win prizes.
At midday, the Forecast Luncheon runs from 12:00 to 1:30 PM and provides a real-world outlook on the Phoenix metro housing market to help you identify trends and strategies to succeed in 2027 and beyond. Jim Belfiore, Founder and CEO of Belfiore Analytics, a full-service market research firm, will present this year's forecast, followed by a panel discussion with local builders sharing their on-the-ground perspectives of the Phoenix housing market. The panel includes Bob Flaherty, Group President at Toll Brothers, Inc.; Rick Morris, Division President at Lennar; and Jeff Nielsen, Division President at Sekisui House U.S.
Whether you're exhibiting or attending, SWBS is a day well spent for anyone in the Valley's home building industry. Register now and save, and we'll see you on November 4.
