In September 2020, the City of Surprise announced that it was working on a new Transportation Impact Fee to add to its fee schedule. Following several stakeholder meetings, the City put this project on pause to work through issues raised by the stakeholders.

Last week, the City announced that it is resuming this update with a stakeholder meeting.
