The Town of Gilbert has released their updated impact fees proposal with a small decrease to the proposed increase in all categories except for Greenfield Wastewater in south Gilbert.

We continue to work with our outside counsel that were retained to help with this issue as we continue conversations and comments with the Town regarding our opposition to the size of the continued increase in the new proposal.
